By Car
From South or North head west from Junction 40 of the M6 (A66 Keswick Road). At the next roundabout (Rheged Services) follow signs to Ullswater, following the A592 to Glenridding. Turn right at the Brackenrigg Pub. Wreay Mansions is the next right. Alternatively use CA11 0LT in your sat nav.

By Train and Bus
Penrith is well connected on the Virgin West Coast mainline. Regular trains from London Euston take only 3 hours. Edinburgh, Glasgow and Manchester even less. The Cumberland Stagecoach Bus Service 508 travels from the Penrith bus and train station and stops outside the Brackenrigg Pub. There is a short walk up the hill and Wreay Mansions is on the right hand side. View the Stagecoach timetable.
